    when words become feelings and feelings are found in words, then, you are able to touch someone. You have done that. You have taken me through a necessary journey. I once heard that in order to recover, you must live the experience again. I am recovery…it’s a rpolonged struggle and i know i will survive and be better for it. Thank you…for reminding us of what some may go through and what we all must face.. Stronger than the prison bars is the prison of complaciency. Strong than the concrete walls are the doubts we create with indecission and ineptitude. Higher than any prison wall are the boundaries we can place on our creative growth…break then down…break them all down
